The Ministry of Finance and the Financial Services Agency issued guidance: stating that it is prohibited to transfer crypto-assets to persons and organisations that are the target of an asset freeze; and requesting Crypto-Assets Exchange Service Operators ("CAESOs") that are registered under the Payment Services Act of Japan: (1) to cease processing transfers of crypto-assets to those who are, or suspected of being, a persons and organisations that are the target of an asset freeze (until it is confirmed otherwise); Payments to sanctioned persons, including payments by crypto assets, can only be made with the prior permission of the competent minister, If payment is made without permission, imprisonment with work for not more than 3 years, a fine of not more than 1 million yen, or both (if the price of the object of the violation exceeds 1 million, the fine will be fine). It is subject to 3 times or less of the price. (2) to file with the Financial Services Agency of Japan, Ministry of Finance of Japan: (a) reports of identified crypto-asset trades to a Japanese Sanctioned Target; and (b) notifications of suspected crypto-asset trades to, or related to, a Japanese Sanctioned Target; and (3) to enhance their monitoring systems. The Australian Government prohibited supply, sale or transfer of 27 categories of luxury goods directly or indirectly to, for use in, or for the benefit of Russia from 7 April 2022. Some of the listed goods are prohibited regardless of value - pure-bred horses, certain food products, such as crustaceans and molluscs, caviar, truffles, wine and tobacco products, pearls, coins and banknotes, works of art, collectors’ pieces and antiques. Other goods exceeding a monetary value are prohibited: luxury perfumes and cosmetics, leather goods, furs, carpets and rugs, tapestries and wall hangings, garments, clothing accessories and shoes articles, jewellery, cutlery, tableware, personal consumer electronics, clocks and watches, articles and equipment for skiing, golf and water sports, articles and equipment for billiard, automatic bowling, casino games and games operated by coins or banknotes, video game consoles and machines (exceeding $500 per unit); lead crystal glassware (exceeding $250 per unit); fountain pens, stylograph pens and other pens (exceeding $200 per unit); musical instruments (exceeding $2000 per unit); luxury vehicles (for land, air and sea transportation) (exceeding $70,000 per unit); motorcycles, mopeds and bicycles, and parts and accessories thereof, and parts and accessories of luxury vehicles (exceeding $7,500 per unit).
