The Government may exceptionally authorize payments from frozen accounts, transfers of frozen assets, and release of frozen economic resources to: a) avoidance of hardship cases; b) Fulfillment of existing contracts; c) performance of any claim that is the subject of an existing decision of a court, administrative body or arbitration tribunal; d) payment of reasonable fees and reimbursement of expenses related to the provision of legal services; e) payment of fees or service charges for the routine safekeeping or administration of blocked funds or economic resources; or f) Protection of Liechtenstein interests.
