Выдача Чехией виз и видов на жительство гражданам РФ и Беларуси остановлена до конца марта 2023 г.

Иностранных граждан, уже обладающих разрешением на проживание, данные меры не затрагивают. Россияне и белорусы и далее могут подавать заявления на продление права на проживание, которые будут рассматриваться в стандартном режиме, оговоренном законом о пребывании иностранцев на территории Чешской Республики, сообщает министерство.
Также новое постановление не распространяется на заявления на получение краткосрочных виз, если заявитель является членом семьи гражданина Чехии или другой страны ЕС. Запрет не распространяется на выдачу виз, ВНЖ или ПМЖ, если пребывание заявителя в Чехии – в интересах республики, что подтверждает министр иностранных дел.
